Mozilla Firefox 0.9 Released
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/
Only a 4.6 MB download. Time to ditch the garbage that is IE (or, to a lesser extent, Netscape)!

Re: Mozilla Firefox 0.9 Released
i use mozilla firebird as well, and i have to admit its a VERY good browser. I have just one problem with it, maybe someone can help me ?
Im using dial up. When i was using IE i could load about 5 similar without getting a timeout (it took long, but no timeout). Now that im using Firebird i can open a MAXIMUM of 2 or 3 sites, one more and all connections time out. Is there any known way to solve this ?
thanks !

Edit: yeah, Firefox is pretty good, but Opera is better

Re: Mozilla Firefox 0.9 Released
Your site works in Firefox 0.9 exactly as it works in IE as long as java and javascript are turned on.

Re: Mozilla Firefox 0.9 Released
Doesn't firefox allow you to keep the java stuff off, but turn it on for trusted sites?

Great news! Thanks ArkCon. You IE-haters have no excuse now- Go read O&C immediately!

Wish I could find that function, I'm going to have to pour through some help files ...
[EDIT}
It's not obvious, maybe I have to check out some extensions. I dunno 'tho, the reason I like Firefox is because it's small. I don't feel like addin stuff.
