Nice ships Trooper, keep an eye on spaceempires.net 's image galery, when I get a montage made, I'll upload it there.

Cheers!

Edit: I made a montage called 'Convoy Guardian' Using the pics you posted below. Now it's just a matter of having fyron aprove the upload and make it viewable in the gallery.

Once it's up, post any coments here. Enjoy!

The picture is now up and running in the Image Gallery over at SpaceEmpires.Net.

Go ahead, don't be shy, take a gander and let me know what you think.

Cheers!

P.S. The pic looks nice imho, but something for you 'modelers' to keep in mind when rendering, is that the 'light-source' for the models will not match the background renderings if you use standard se4 conventions.

Personally I like the crescent look of backlighting the planet. but I'll let you modelers use your imagination for where the light source comes from. It might be interesting to do a pair of renderings, one backlit, and another standard front. But I digress, Enjoy!

By the way, those pictures are very cool... Where have you found those backgrounds ? You've made them yourself ???

I make the backgrounds myself using the same tools that I'm using for my se5 work. Namely the flamingpear plugins Gliteretto, Solarcell and Lunarcell. I do the montage work in artgem.

Cheers!
