bgnw opening

an empror is needed for a small empire in the alliance againsed the dreaded mayrlin clan. the empire was on the front line when the mayrlin attacked so there is not a huge amount of it left. however there are some plannets and ships just sitting there and we need somone who can take over the empire and coordinate ship and fleet movements with the rest of the alliance.

there is also the altari which is farly strong. he has openings in both BGNW and 12hr (also NGC3)
