Default TCP/IP Player Problem

I'm trying to play my friend via TCP/IP and have been able to get as far as generating the 1st turn with no problem. However when the player ends his turn it never get's sent to me. My turn shows up just fine. On his end it says waiting for turn from host (or something like that). I am playing behind a linksys router but I've opened ports 6716-6720 per the instructions i saw on these forums. Is there something I'm missing?

Does he have a firewall, and did he open the ports too?

Also, are you both playing with the same Version of SE4, and the same mod files (or no mod files on both ends)?

If your router does NAT (Network Address Translation) then I don't think it will work.
