Game description : For Years Your Race Has lived in the Shadow of the Ring around the Sun. Now Your Race has discovered that this ring can be inhabited. Will You be the First Before all Others. Bwahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!

Each Race Starts with 1 Large Rock Oxygen Planet. Around each Sun there will be a Ring World ( None Rock None Oxygen types )

If you want something you will have to capture it. And no fake captures either. This game the location of who is around you will not matter in helping you get your empire going.

Custom Map. With Equal Starting points. EACH RACE MUST TAKE TWO ADVANCED RESEACH TRAITS ( Organic , Temporal , Religious , Crystaline or Psychic )
The Game Admin ( Me ) will not play only create and make sure the game runs to the bitter end.
There will be no APB , PPB , MB , DUC , and there will be no Resupply Tech tree nor will there be Stellar Manu. as well... So no Quantum Reactors.. Monoliths will be available via reseaching the 3 Resource Trees... Ie... You will need level 4 of Mineral , Organic and Rads to get Monolith 1... Which will start with an output of 800 of each...
Talisman starts with Sensors 3 and Religous 4 and at 70 % to hit and increase by 5% up 95% ( Sensors 3 and the Religous level increases up to level 9 ) then Sensors 3 and Religous 10 will give you the automatic hit Talisman.
ICE and Gas Colony Tech research cost increased.

UNIQUE : EACH RACE MUST BE ROCK OXYGEN.

Turns will be set to auto 36 until there are six players left. Then we will decide what the lenghts of the turn will be.

This game will be designed for quick contact between empires.

This will be a RP game when using communications in game. If it is not incharacter please use the OCC tag.
Outside game communication may only occur after initial contact.

Game will Start either when there are 20 players or on July 1st 2003.

Now. Here come the real rules.

The Ban Rules.

If a player withdraws from a game that I am running without letting me know ahead of time I am going to black list that player from all future games. Until they can prove to me that their reliable or explain what happened.

This is due to players dropping out without warning and delaying games and having no respect to the other players.

Right now there is two people on this list as mostly everyone has always mentioned in email why they cannot play etc....

I have seen this happen in other games and it can ruin a game or ruin a game so it does not start.

Alot of effort is put into running and playing a game.

Respect and courtisty by the game owner and players is a must for a good game and repeatable good games.

Other Rules.

1. If your going to miss turns let me know. In advance. I can run your empire for a few days ( everything except for attacking ), or if your lucky to have a partnership get that player to run it for a few days.
If your going to be gone for 2 weeks or greater look for a person to run that empire for two weeks.

Turns will be on auto. If your going to need extra time ask for an extension. I will add 12 hours to help you in getting your turn in on time.

If you have any questions about the seiv game or pbw please email me or any of the other players. They will answer your questions.

Now that that is out of the way.

1. Everyone upload their empire asap.
2. If you do not have your ship set listed on the info page then post it in the game forum.
3. First turn will be alpu. To iron out any problems with empires etc.... THis will be your only chance of getting a restart.
4. Respect your fellow PBW Players and enjoy the game.

You would have to reserach the colony type... and then use atmosphere converters to get the ring up to its full protental.
