There's a spot open in the PBW Capital City game.

The empire was not abandoned because of defeat or anysuch reasons. Player just had too much else going on. Game isn't far underway, so the empire should be still in the early stages.

Join up, if you are looking for a different kind of game. One based on ground combat.

If you are weary of quick decisive combat in SE4. If you long for drawn out grueling planetary battles. If you love invading planets rather than glass them from orbit. The game is yet young. Join up.

Being impossible to glass planets from orbit, you must take them one by one. And you are given a CAPITAL! To win you needn't destroy every Last remnant of every empire, you only need capture four capitals.
