Default Racial Traits and summary of technology

I am playing my first PBW game and having a great time. It is the first time I am playing against live people and I am finding that I really need to have a much better understanding about what the different Racial Traits and what each technology does. As an example I am facing 2 opponents, one is Psychic, and the other Crystal. I dont really know what to expect or plan for with them as I dont know the traits and the associated technology. Is their a place where someone has broken down all possible technology including the racial traits? Thanks, see you around the galaxy.

Schlock?

Psychic will certainly hit you with Allegiance Subverters in early-midgame. Have master computers to prevent the instant loss of your ships.
They will counter with computer viruses, so you need to keep ahead of them with long range weapons.

Crystalline will have lots of defensive facilities, but comes out with weak armor-skipping weapons and crystalline armor. Armor-skipping weapons will help you bypass that, and if you don't have them, try the highest damage-per-shot weapons you can, in order to overload that armor.

Against crystalline bases, where you don't have a chance of overloading the armor, just get some high-damage-rate weapons. (Calculate damage divided by size, divided by reload rate, for a good comparison)
Enough damage will eventually take them down.
Null-space cannons can wipe out the guts, but be sure to give orders for "30% damage to bases" so you switch to a new target when the base is a shell of harmless armor.

30% damage to bases? I thought that was an old SE3 feature that got cut... Guess I don't pay much attention to fleet strategies!
