Default Loading units during deployment.

Well i am starting to aquire some different units like aaa and rocket units. I am having a problem during deployment. I have since Ive had them in my core been taking them my 88 at guns out and loading them up individually then load everything else up with the load all function, which loads them into the closest units. This is becoming a problem because for example my 32cm werfgerats (spelling?) I choose the horse units to haul them so I can recognize them better. But when I use the load all command it goes all willynilly! Am I going to have to load all of these units manually? Is there a command to make these units load into the movers that were purchased with them?

Default Re: Loading units during deployment.

The "load all" command is only useful if you want to see what the AI does for a load, or for a quick test battle for developers perhaps.

The same goes for the auto deploy - its only useful to test the various AI deployment patterns or again, to set up a quick AI v AI test battle.

Neither is of much practical use for a regular human player outside the above few use cases, even though they have been in the SP games from the start.

(The formation move ("A" key) can be useful for group moves when out of contact, once you get used to its idiosyncrasies. But never when the enemy is in a position to shoot at the units!)
