Default Cobblestones/Pavement on Hills
Why is it not possible to place cobblestones and pavement hexes on hills?

Becasue it was only ever intended to be place on flat level ground. There are no slope tiles in those terrain sets.

Don, would it be feasible to adjust these graphics so they can be placed on hilltops?
