Buying and oobs

I was investigating units to play South Korea against North Korea and I see a rifle platoon squad have an Panzerfaust. According to the map seemed to me the number of units excessive AT.
This gave me to think if there will be a chance to put in oobs squad size units. For example, infantry squads, squad machine guns and squad of AT. This would facilitate setting up platoons that are better adapted to needs.
I'm talking to for PBEM games.

The question is if developers can make a squad-level units in the oob. To configure custom platoons.
Only infantry.
South Korea In 2011, I have platoons with a squad of AT. For some companies want infantry without AT and it is not possible.

I am not sure if I got the question correctly, but if you want to do platoon variants (with some element added or removed), that is quite easy to do with Mobhack - just copy the formation, give it a slightly different name (eg. Rifle Platoon B) and then add or remove squads as you see fit.

Some OOBs already include some platoon variants, thus allowing you to better customise your force for the mission at hand.
