Arena Turncoat
Not sure if this has been posted before, but here seems to be an interesting result.
The unit in question is a Spirit Master who I converted in the Arena using Hellbind Heart, which is obviously not stealthy. For some reason though, he is now hiding in what I presume to be his home province.
Also, he cannot move from the province even though he has winged shoes.

Re: Arena Turncoat
Hmm, i assume there is a castle?
I suppose that he could move if you can take the province temporarily.
Or teleport someone in and let the spirit master attack at the same time and cast ritual of returning. Or cast communion master and return while the spirit master casts communion slave (if he can).

It's half the world away on Glory of the Gods SP, and I lack sufficient remote attack firepower. Tien-Chi and Man are bickering over the castle, which doesn't make it any easier.

Re: Arena Turncoat
This bug happens with MA Oceania Capricorns that sneak from water to land as well. Their land form loses the hiding ability so they are stuck in the province unable to move but also not initiating any battles. You can bug it out and make them attack the province by selecting the commander and clicking around until the order changes from hide to defend (If I remember correctly).
BTW, that is an impressive gear set up for an AI controlled champion!

Re: Arena Turncoat
Thank you for this.
I cant believe that as much as I love Charm and Hellbind that I never sent someone to the Arena with it. That could be fun.

Re: Arena Turncoat
Had another Arena Battle, this time, however, the converted enemy commander was attacked and killed. Seems like the presence of a fort may have something to do with it.

Re: Arena Turncoat
If barbarian(or other indy caused by event) attack a castle that is under siege, they will "hide" until the siege is over, then attack whoever fully control this province, so maybe this case is caused by the same function—— the spirit master will attack imediately when the siege is over?
btw,if your champion charmed your opponent in arena, the one you charmed will get the trident, is that a bug too?

Re: Arena Turncoat
After further testing, even more interesting things happened. I successfully bound Caelum's champion, but in the next round against Pythium it was my Caelum champion rather than my own Abysian Slayer Sanguine that joined the batter. Even more amusing, I then fought Pythium again in a seperate round, which was fought by my slayer.
