The attached map file is based on Elmokki's Riverlands.
Land startups will have 4-5 neighbors. Roughly 247 provinces, some 22 or so water.

To fix tons of phantom provinces and lacking connections I was too lazy to fix before chrispedersen did. This makes the map actually fine and playable, and while it's too big for the MP games I regularily play, I do appriciate it so that I don't have to think about fixing it anymore
