I downloaded the demo, and had a few critical things to say about the game, on a baseball forum board.

The developer had posted a push for his game onto the board.

So, in response to HIS request for feedback, I gave my somewhat negative opinion.

And promptly got CRUSHED, with an invitation for a lawsuit.

Jesus.

BAD.

This is the first comment I have made publicly about this game since that debacle, over four years ago. I am STILL looking over my shoulder.

Sad thing is that I provided 25 solid suggestions for improving the game. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them would have made the game more playable, more enjoyable, or would have stomped out game-killing bugs.

Not one got adopted. Not one.
