Default Which nations are not dependent on their capital?

After reading the Helheim thread, I have been wondering about which nations have primary units which are not capital dependent. As far as I know, Shinuyama and Argatha are two, and maybe Mictlan to some extent, but I'm wondering if people here have other suggestions before I go starting a 63 nation test game.

I would say any nation that can recruit its best mage from any castle.
For example any era C'tis or MA Caelum.

Since I prefer to play nations that are not that much capitol dependend I'd like more suggestions..

MA pyth obviously has best mages in capitol but the rest is decent too.. so I like them atm

Ma Atlantis is not dependent on its capital. The capital only mage sucks, W3 S2, because kings of the deep (recruitable anywhere) can get W3 S2 as well, plus 3xhps and 10% chance of another magic path!

Some races are just messed up

Ma Atlantis is pretty weak anyway so a boost to its capital only mage would be good, even if that increased the 180gps cost. Say additional 100% chance of WSDN for 240 gps cost?

It's not really messed up, there are all kinds of reasons you might want consistently astral mages, and they are far cheaper.

Personally, I find it refreshing to have capital only mages with a different niche rather than just being absolutely the best.

Just have to say I disagree. The deep seer provides MA atlantis with a certain source of relatively cheap astral mages once youve got some extra forts up. Youll want lots of forts with them anyway, more than enough to use up all your gold on kings without having to use the capital. All those astral mages will build up a solid bulk of mind hunters or support communion and researchers. They can teleport with a cap and cast falling frost or froxen heart out of the box. IMO opinion they are powerful enough as well as cost effective.

Second I dont agree MA atlantis is a weak nation at all. Teleporting national thugs that remain powerful through all the game. Great magic artillery with w5 and f2 w3 mages. The e2 w3 kings kick *** too with just a robe and frost brand. Fully amphibious and very hard to face in the water. etc...

If I would want to boost them Id give them a weak mage recruitable on land, or more national spells. But Id say they are good enough already, and great fun to play.

Atlantis mages have 8 precision, this doesn't really qualifies them as artillery, they do miss very often (or kill their own chaff) I've lost big battles with 6+ of those palls (the 5W, 3W 2F ones) because they kept shooting on their own troops, or destroying the green.(and they only are average thugs, because of their low stats)
Other mages have this precision, but atlantis troops are no good, even mictlan regulars can crush them, and those two flaws combine into an under average nation.

(LA) Marignon. MA Pythium sort of, since Theurgs should be all you need for the most part.

LA Agartha. Ktonian necromancer is recuitable anywhere, excellent battlemage.

EA Arcoscephale. (Has some cap-only mages but they have Cloud Trapeze, and recruitable-anywhere Mystics are good.)

Shinuyama of course.

EA Ermor.

EA C'tis.
