Bug with fountain pretenders?

using the Oracle pretender (imprisoned) i got a message saying the wailing of the blood fountain killed 10% of my population within a few turns of starting out a game as mid ermor, the only mods i was using was WorthY heroes...any reasons why this is happening or is it just a bug?

Sounds like a random event... some nations and some units can have special events.

I got that same event a few turns ago in my MA Ermor game. Very nasty, and I do have a fountain pretender, but not blood fountain. It was the first time I had ever had it happen, after many, many turns.

I don't think this is a bug. Read the oracle description carefully.

How so carefully? Looks to me like the Blood fountain mentions the wailing so it makes perfect sense, but the Oracle doesn't mention that, so it looks to me like it is a bug.
