[bug] Magic site issue and Lugh
I tried reading the bug-thread, but instructions to report a bug were hebrew to me so a just normal post here for that. I also didn't find these things from there or by search. Sorry if I just missed these...
I don't know if this is should be hidden information, but when you are besieging a castle and the magic site icons are shown as unrecognized, you still can get those stats via National overview. Haven't tried how this goes with spies.
When empowering Lugh the Longhanded (U1805), you see his magic levels as one level too low. "Empower to Air 3" when he already has A3 (see attachement).

The first is a known issue and in the shortlist. Besieging army can see sites in nation overview. Just having a spy in the province does NOT give you that info, because you do not control the province (like you do when sieging).
The second is a new one, I have not seen that before.

The Lugh thing is a bonus Lugh has, an easter egg if you wish, Lugh is the master of all skills, or some such, hence the bonus.

Re: [bug] Magic site issue and Lugh
Nice! I've had a somewhat similar idea, a mage who either wants to cast Transformation to get access to his full powers (base form has -1 to all paths), or a mage who has magic power 1 and gets a random (which is automatically promoted to 2), or something along those lines.
Ninave: I presume it's done this way:
Lugh's intrinsic magic skills are one lower than the ones presented, but he has a special ability which gives him +1 in all paths. Just don't cast Transformation, get affected by Twiceborn, recalled via Ritual of Rebirth or something along those lines

Endoperez: I'll have to try that "+1 to all" hypothesis by empowering him one level. Would be nice of if gave him rightaway 2 levels.

I agree with Transformation, yet returning back to the land of the living as an undead via Twiceborn or Ritual of Rebirth is better than not coming back at all.
