Bogus paralyzed?

Bogus and his merry band attacked me and I noticed something strange this time. Bogus and his archer friend started the battle paralyzed. I cant post it here b/c its a mp game on a server.

I watched the battle several times to make sure nothing could have caused it.

So what is the deal? Anybody else seen this?

I think paralyzation isn't cleared when a unit is killed, so I'm guessing someone else killed the crew off while they were paralyzed and then the game didn't clear the status ailment when it brought them back for another round of pillaging. Ask in the game thread if someone would be kind enough to admit to killing them off previously.

That particular bug should have been fixed in patch 3.08. What version are you running? If it's still happening, we may have to reopen that particular bug for another examination.

The way it worked previously was that units that survived a battle but were paralyzed were still paralyzed at the beginning of the next battle. If Bogus and Fang appeared paralyzed at the beginning of the next battle, it stands to reason they were killed in the previous one and death does not remove the paralysis flag from them.

In any case, that's something that the devs need to look at if we want more information on it and it probably needs to be Johan.
