These aren't the Intel forums like the company that makes processors. Someone here might be able to help but you better off doing a quick google search for intel forums and clicking just about any link on the first page of results.

That's probably how he got here. Google "Intel forum" and these boards are the fifth hit. (Interestingly enough, for "Intel forums", we're not in the top 100.)

"Intel P4 forum" gives much more useful results.

We get one or two each year. LOL

I do have a question though;
Whats this duo core 2 process thing all about? What are the benefits to having said processor and will my games still work if I do have one?

When we move to Washington and I start home schooling I was thinking of getting a duel core computer, a graphics card that can split to two separate monitors, and a sound card to split also. I havent seen a sound card like that though so I may need another plan. Anyway I am thinking with this setup I should be able to run two kids on two separate educational software programs at the same time. Does this sound possible or am I chasing my own fantasy? Is there a computer you would recommend for this? Not that I am thinking I will get one that is perfect, just something close enough that I can modify is good.

No Shang wouldn't work. Even if you have 2 sets of mice and keyboards they still only control the one mouse on the screen. Even using a virtual machine setup you couldn't get it to work the way you want.

What little I know about it is, programs can run faster, if they've been designed to take advantage of it. In theory, I don't think it should have much effect on other programs, but people have reported that SE V, for example, runs better for them if they "turn off" one of the processors.
