Another SE4 Comp Modder Update

All,

Just posted a component modder update in
the mods forum. This update adds a couple
of recently requested new features:

v1.0.14
----------------------------------
-Now allows editing Weapon "To Hit" modifiers.

-Added "Weapon Value" readout which gives a comparative weapon value at each range equal to Damge/Reload_Rate/Space_Taken
