Okay, thanks for your help.
If I may trouble you for one last step, it would be helpful if you could send a DXDiag.txt file to
[email protected].
To make a DXDiag.txt file, do the following:
-Click Start-->Run, type in 'dxdiag' and press enter.
-When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window appears, click on the "Save All Information" button in the bottom right.
-Save it somewhere easy to get to, like your desktop
-Attach that file to an email to us.
That will save us lots of time, as it will give us information about your DirectX versions, hardware configuration, and some important settings info, like screen resolution, etc.
