Personality Group

Does anyone know what the numerical rating in the XXXXX_AI_Settings file means?
I've seen Ratings from 0 to 4 but can not find any meaning to these numbers.

So far, from what I've been able to determine its some like this:

0=no personality type...not picked randomly by the computer to be in the game.

4=Xenophobe nutcase.

3=Fuzzy-headed, Liberal, Democratic Pushovers.

I'd imagine that 1 and 2 are 'Aggressive but not nuts' and 'Balanced' but I'm not sure which would be which.

Anyone else have any solid ideas on this?

Personality numbers are related with the ones found in settings.txt file:
Random Player Personality Groups := 4
Random Player Personality Group 1 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 2 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 3 Percent := 30
Random Player Personality Group 4 Percent := 10

This affects the chances the empire will be randomly added in the game. As you can see, you can add new personality Groups and change their chances to be added (I believe the sum of chances for all Groups should be 100).
