Cultures and Demeanors Mod

I've created the Cultures and Demeanors Mod. Its current version is 1.01. It adds over 30 new cultures, approximately triples the amount of Demeanors, adds Emperor Titles, has a modified Settings file (with 50% maint cost, lower min and higher max limits for race aptitudes) and a new happiness type. I'm hoping to add more happiness types soon. It also adds default Design Types - some from the EyeCandy mod by Dracus.

The latest version of C&D is automatically included in the Capship Mod (currently working on version 0.80).

The archive contains two folders; Cultured & Demeanors Mod is the fully functional mod folder, with all required files copied from stock 1.94. C&D Mod is the "lite" version with just the modified files (and a few I still plan to modify) for inclusion with other mods. Feel free to include this mod or portions of it in your own mod as suits you, but a small mention in the credits would be nice
