Can\'t upload files with apostrophes

If I upload a file with an apostrophe in its name, it won't upload... I get some errors and then when I try to download it again, it says file not found...

And if you hit your thumb with a hammer, it hurts.

So, stop using apostrophes, which were never meant to be used in a sane file naming / disk IO system.
