badly in need of of the original STARFURY.EXE

hello everybody! it's only two days that i have the game and it's already become my addiction. the only problem is i constantly fail to install any of the patches - looks like my .exe file is corrupted in some way - during patch installation the wizard finds the directory with the game and nearly stars copyilng files... but.. here it comes - a sad message saying I'm playing a WRONG type of game Version and asks me to reintall the .exe from the original CD... which doesn't help... judging by the first window that preceeds the game start i have the very first
v. 1.0 which has looooots of things in the way they shouldn't be - i've read the patch info and it only proved my understanding of the issue.
thus - if anyone mails me the ORIGINAL starfury.exe (not patched!!) to stixon(at)mail.nnov.ru i would be very much obliged.
i can download it in case you provide me with an appropriate link

Are you saying there is a problem with the files on the original game CD you purchased from us? If so, please contact our customer support center at http://www.shrapnelgames.com/service.htm for solutions.

You tried fully unistalling it and then installing it again

It sounds like all you need to do is reinstall from the CD.
