Default A Beginner Marignon AAR: Worth it?

Greetins everybody !
This is my first post, even if i'm reading the forums quite a lot after i got my dominions 2 copy a month ago.
I'm still a beginner player and i really appreciated the aar i read so far.
It was my intention to create a marignon aar, since i'm not an expert player it will be adressed to noobs (like me:-P) and it will contain straightful tactics and probably some errors.
I'm pretty sure i'll be able to learn quite a lot from your advices and comments.. so shall i start it?

Please do. I think AAR's are more informative for this game than they are for most.

AAR are always nice, esspecially if they are written good honestly, just do it. THere are like a douzen (14?) races in the game, and most people seem to play the same, so i guess there will never be AARs for each race. I guess Marignon is one of the more often played races, its just the standart race with no real disadvantage. Very good priests, good offense rituals and nice troops, both heavy knights and long range crossbowman, can the average player ask for more ? You even have to choose between 4 themes, so the CotS theme is quite dissapointing and usually not worth choosing because Marignon losses its main power while getting another -minor- advantage imho.

Yes, please write up your AAR. They're great to read and provide loads of insight - both in the comments that the veterans give, and also in the way I get to see how someone *else* would tackle a particular problem.

Personally, I learn a lot from AAR's.

Well, actually, that's not quite right. I learn a lot from reading the discussion and advice that ensues *from* an AAR.

Especially the ones with arguments because then I learn a little more of the 'why' and the thinking people are using.
