Modding Question

Fresh off my previous defeat at the hands of my devious machine(I mean, imagine it playing such a trick on me as to actually use that dreaded thing known as ship movement lines), I have yet more questions. Ah the inquisitive mind, hungering for yet more punishment.

Anyways...If you alter a races AI file while involved in a game with them will this alter their behavior mid-game or do you have to start a new game to see the results?

Most of us have experienced a variety of errors when doing this. I would reccomend starting a new game to make sure all changes are utilized.
