well, if i ever went off meat, i'd be eating more donuts.
that's my philosophy. eat a somewhat balanced diet and not to much of it and only stuff that tastes good and get some exercise*.

Fyron, as an east asian, I've been eating soy all my life, and if there is one thing I can tell you about soy or soy-derived products is that Soy is anything but poisonous.

Don't forget,.. Air is bad and getting worse, Water is bad and getting worse and the population bomb is going to hit during our very own lifetime.
