Remember SE 2?
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could buy the full Version of SE 2 from Malfador. I know you can get it when you buy the full Version of SE 3, but unfortunately, I've already bought SE 3, and don't feel like buying it again just to get SE 2. (I chose the code email option when I bought SE 3, not the compilation CD with 2 and 3 on it) I also know SE 2 is no longer sold as a separate game.
I found SE 2 a few years ago, and that was how I became hooked on the entire Space Empires series. I really enjoy playing a game of SE 2 every once in a while, but the demo is rather limited.
Anyone have any ideas? Any would be appreciated.

I think I can safely say at leat 80% of us were introduced into SE via SE II.
Its a great game. You can only get it from the compilation CD, now, though.
But you also get SE I, which is freeware and can be found here on the Boards somewhere.

More like 8%... there are a lot more people playing SE4 than ever played SE3, which had a lot more people playing it than ever played SE2.

Re: Remember SE 2?
I played SE2 after I did SE3, just to see what it was about. Simple yet fun.

The two will hover, spinning inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.

Re: Remember SE 2?
I remember playing SE2 long before I found SE3 which was at least 2 years before SE4 came out. Hehe. All of them great games. I sometimes reinstall SE3 everynow and then and play it a little again.
Don't think I have SE2 anywhere anymore though.
