PBWEB questions
Sorry for all these questions, everyone here has been more then helpful!
I just started a PBWEB game. Got the file downloaded and started the game. It presented a list of empires, I selected my with my password and everything looks great.
Finished my turn, hit the save, it told me to just end my turn. I end my turn then it pops up saying it is ready for the next guys turn. I just hit quit then.
Question 1: Is that the correct procedure? Seems like something is wrong since it went on like it was the next guys turn.
Question 2: In the directory there is the .gam file and now a .plr file. Do I seem both of those back in the zip file?
Thanks,
Smitty

Sounds like the game host forgot to turn on the option that says something like "All players on different machines"... let him know so he can start the game over.

Just the .plr file, and no, you don't need to zip it.

Re: PBWEB questions
If someone wants to write a "click-by-click" procedure for newbies on setting up a PBW game, I can easily add it to the Newbie FAQ.
Anyone?

Re: PBWEB questions
Yes, a click by click set of procedures for both creating and participating would be a good thing.
Thanks

I am pretty sure that is in the PBW FAQ already...

I am pretty sure that is in the PBW FAQ already... Not in enough detail to answer the question below.
