Fomoria has a great position. You are currently at war with Abyssia but I think he might be willing to accept diplomatic relations as Mictlan is getting scary too.

The entire nation is geared towards a fear startegy with massive summoned armies of False horrors, Morrigans in battle and Ghosts as permanents. You'll have power over a lot of unique summons. Like all water Queens. And a N9 bless that makes your unmarked troops awesome!
