Default Gun trucks?...

Just a shy question - I'm sure there's a reason that it was omitted, but wouldn't it be worth to add a gun truck of Vietnam era to the US oob?..

1) What the heck is a "gun truck"?. Or are we meant to make a google search?. Please give us some sort of reference in future, not some vagueness.

2) Why should we expend one of the 16 or so free unit slots in such a crowded OOB on the thing?. Would any end user actually use the item?. If it would be cool for a particular niche scenario - then there are always the scenario editing facilities, after all.

Sorry, after reading these books http://www.ebook3000.com/Gun-Trucks-...71-_58999.html and http://www.ospreypublishing.com/stor..._9781849083553 I thought it was obvious to anyone from Western hemisphere

Generally, they were improvised armoured trucks, armed with a bunch of .50s and M60s, some even miniguns, used for convoy escorting and fighting a lot against VC ambushes. I think, that similar trucks were used in initial phases of Iraqi invasion.

Used from 11/67 until 4/71 (in Vietnam), average armament could be two .50s, one M60 and M16 rifle or M79 GL.

If you want them for a particular scenario use the editor to create them.

But they're probably not something that would be worthwhile to add to an already very crowded OOB because they'd really only be relevant for convoy type scenarios, and only during the Vietnam period.

Just proposing. Personally, I doubt, if I'll be creating such scenarios
