SeaofInnocence sub (found)

I am going on a field problem for 2 weeks starting on the 23rd of June, and rather than hold up the game I am looking for a sub for my nation of MA Ulm. I'm in a fairly strong position, currently fighting two minor wars, both of which are well in hand, with powerful reserves available. One war will probably be completed in victory by the time someone takes charge of my nation.

If you're interested, please post and I will send you a PM with details of my position and current diplomatic relations with my neighbors.
