New Game for fast submitters on PBW: Gorgo's First

This is my first attempt to create a game. I want to make it a standard game with the emphasis on fast turns and plenty of space to build your empire. To be straight and honest from the start: Although I am friendly by nature, I will kick anyone out who misses 3 turns in a row without telling me before to have the AI take over. This is in the interest of those players who are fast submitters.
