Default Small map - Ander

I got the urge to make a map today. It has 42 land and 20 sea, so about the same size as Silent Seas. At the moment, there are starting spots for 5 land nations and 2 sea nations.

It is probably fairly unbalanced, as I am relatively bad at dom3, and I just wanted to finish it without thinking too much. The northern land nations have quite a bit more land to expand into as far as I can tell.

The landscape was made with Wesnoth's map editor, with further editing in Paint.NET. I'll probably add the Wesnoth map file in a later version so people can change the landscape as they wish.

There shouldn't be any bugs, as I haven't really done anything advanced with it, but I might've missed some neighbours, and I'd like some suggestions on how to make the map more balanced and fun.

Haven't tried it out yet (at work), but wanted to say props for jumping right in and making a map. Hope to see more in the future!

First use of Wesnoth's editor I've seen. Nice looking. The Wesnoth developers and fans have been honing that game's graphics for some time now and it's interesting to see it on a Dom3 map.

Yeah, even though it is a bit "blocky", it does look pretty neat I think.

colonp - wish you were still active. We were graced with your 6 posts /contributions then you were gone.

At the time that you posted this map I was still a noob only using the maps and nations that came with the game. Since only two people commented on it and since I thought it was worth the review as you requested, I have added this review.

The starting spots have at least 4 good providences connected to them. This map is great for 2-4 players. Wesnoth graphics are excellent and I have seen them in the wraith bunny map also. Only 26 downloads at the time of this post, I am shocked.

Though I am probably way too late, I just wanted to say thank you anyway!
