Replacement player for Eorg

Eorg is getting squeezed out of PBW by RL, and with only two hours a week to play, he's asked me to look for some people to take over his empires.

In CB3, Eorg is one of the big three empires, each of which have about equal power at the moment.
A peaceful, disposable society, which has suffered a setback or two after learning that even 200 Megatons of military hardware won't win the war if you are extremely predictable and refuse to change your strategies as the enemies adapt.
Although the chance for a swift military victory is now gone, the chaos are still a power in the galaxy.

In CB7, I don't know much about his empire, but it does appear to be a dominating force from my perspective on the outside.
