How do you uninstall Half-Life 2? It won't uninstall!

Uninstall steam.

Really its that simple? Why in the hell then does HL2 have an uninstall icon? I need the space for Quake 4 and if I elect it, F.E.A.R..

You should be able to uninstall HF2 without deleteing Steam. if you have XP try the add\remove thing in the control panel.

You can also go into Steam, right click on Half-Life 2, and select "delete local content".
