Buying the game
Heyas!
I'm very excited about this game after trying out the demo for the first time yesterday (the game scored 93 points in one of Finland's biggest computer magazines, which inspired me to give it a try), and I'm now wondering about one thing.
Will the game ever be available in stores in Europe? I don't feel very secure about ordering the game from the web, especially when I don't have an own credit card, after reading some of the older message on this board about problems with the shipment.
Sorry if this has already been answered in some sort of FAQ or similar somewhere. I haven't been able to find almost anything about this subject anywhere.

Re: Buying the game
They have not announced any plans of releasing it to stores.
I undestand your concern about buying over the web, and if you don't have a credit card you may have a problem. But all of the complaints I have seen about shipping related to the time it takes. I haven't heard of anyone who said they never got their order.
Actually we have quite a few regulars in the forums that live overseas and from their comments they were plesantly suprised with how quick they received their shipment.
I think the worst you could expect is to have to wait a few weeks for your order. But a few weeks is better than never getting it cause you are waiting for it at your neigborhood computer store, right?

Re: Buying the game
The distributor for the UK is Strategic Plus Software, at http://www.strategic-plus.co.uk/
I didn't look too closely at their ordering options though...

Re: Buying the game
SEIV is getting alot of great reviews. Most 4X gamers love the game, and the other .0001% that do not, well they are still playing Reach for The Stars and won't even acknowledge another game in the genure.
