Does Aaron support the PvK Balance Mod and the Proportion Mod..?

Im refering to these bieng Mods , But Fixes to the game as well. From what Ive read about these, There A must have when playing SEIV. Its as if the Author of the mods fixed what the creator didnt do. And am asking if this is so. If so Im considering it a patch and am going to use as a official Upgrade.

Proportions is definitely not a "must have" in that sense, as it vastly alters the gameplay in almost every way imaginable. It is not just a few balance tweaks or "fixes..." Great mod of course, just not the kind of thing that could ever be considered as an "official upgrade" by the developer.
Also, I believe that most (if not all) of the ideas in PvK's balance mod were used by PvK in Proportions... Directly combining them might be redundant, and could possibly violate some of the principles of Proportions (reproduction characteristic costs compared to rates of reproduction on Proportions, for example). It is designed more for a more balanced setup of racial trait costs in the stock game than such a radically gameplay-altering mod as Proportions.
Malfador has never put out any sort of "official blessing" on any mod. None can be considered an "offical upgrade," and there are a lot more great mods out there than just these two.

That pretty much summed up the answer I was looking for . I have been wondering how to Alter the retarded AI . And I thought this was a fix Of all fixes. All I really am lookin for is a way to get the AI to stop farting on Huge planets with Only 3 facilties. They really do suck. After maybe the 100th turn I went to see the Progress Of the AI And thats What I saw ..."In there own Homeworld system" !!!
It makes me wonder how they have a chance. Or at times How they are kicking my Butt. Its insulting Looking at what they have at what I have. How could they Possible do this or that? I was thinking they needed to fix the -AI PLANET TYPES DATA FILE- or the -AI CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES DATA FILE.

Have you tried the TDM-Modpack? It has very highly tweaked and fine-tuned AIs for the stock game.

When you say Tweaked , do you mean the -AI PLANET TYPES DATA FILE- and -AI CONSTRUCTION FACILITIES DATA FILE as well? Ive seen that Mod before and the designs where not of intrest to use or play. (no insult intened to Makers).
Do you have a fixed file for the AI bieng stagnate.?

I mean all of the AI files being optimized by various people (depending on which race it is)... It works quite well. Not sure what you mean by "the designs were not of interest..." It is the stock, unmodified game with highly optmized AI. All designs are only what is possible in stock SE4...

Erm... stagnate? How so? Some AI empires are supposed to only have 1 system, and not move beyond it. These are Neutral races. You can disable them from being generated when starting a new game.

I did not Know that about Neutrals. Thanks for the Info on that. I didnt like the Vikings, Rage , Toron etc ......those races. I Am going to load the files for the stock empires and see what that does. From what your saying it should do me well.

Try using the TDM-Modpack as Fyron sugested... it�s an amazing mod for the AI... you will be quite challenged...
Just make sure that when generating a new game you don�t allow neutrals and select high difficultie for the AI... (you can keep the AI bonus at none, as the TDM AIs are pretty advanced and will give a good challenge even without any bonuses)
