Newbie question: receiving the game

Hi there!

I've been addicted to the demo and finally decided to order my full copy of Dom 2. I've ordered it from Shrapnel and had it delivered to my address in Portugal.

What I'd like to know is how do you get the game? I know my copy was shipped via USPS but I don't have a clue on how will it reach me... Do I have to pick it up at the post office or customs? Is it necessary to pay any additional fees? (custom taxes, perhaps?)
