Plate armors in 3.15
So.
How exactly were they changed? You know, I've been studying intensively and really missed the whole patch thing (untill todays).
This all has propably been said somewhere but I can't find it.
Kickass patch BTW, the LA Abysia with sacred assasins is neat.

Re: Plate armors in 3.15
Ulm's Black Plate got lower defense penalty, lower encumberance and perhaps an extra few points of protection. I think it's similar for other plate armors.

Except Spider Armor, Black Steel Full Plate and Sun Armor. They were not updated, which now makes Black Steel Full plate significantly worse than the Full Plate of Ulm (2 more prot, 1 more enc and 2 more defense penalty than FPU)

Re: Plate armors in 3.15
The changes were minor. I didn't bother testing them, but the fact that the changes are minor is more important than the exact details IMO.

Re: Plate armors in 3.15
Both a boost to protection and a lessening of encumbrance, I don't know, it sounds like it could be pretty significant.
But I agree that the addition of Black Halberds and national spells and at least one unit was probably more important than the armor changes for MA Ulm's longevity in MP, although the poor ghouls did get a bit shafted with loss of sacred status. You can't really build up enough to make a difference, even in sieges, without twice the upkeep costs, and they lose all their reinvigoration and protection from an E9 bless. Thought they were trying to make Ulm 'sexier'.

Re: Plate armors in 3.15
Unholy bless is listed as fixed for 3.10, but it might've been that that didn't actually work and it only really started working one patch later.
