I just checked in Encyclopedia that both icons for Tarpan and Jenot is ok in WinMBT 4.5. Due some strange reason they don't show in Cold War 2020 (installed into separate MBT) Encyclopedia... I remember that Polish OOB had some problems in earlier versions too
