I was thinking that I would be happy with 50 to 60 % success rate because I was making a combination unit. Something not real strong as an assassin, nor real strong as a seductress. That's why I only went with seduce 11, one more than the default.
I map edited myself to start with 12 of them. Seemed like a fair test.
If anyone is interested in including an overweight, one-eyed, clapped up hooker with 7 rotten teeth in their next mod, I can send you this darling. I 'll even forego attribution.
