Here's my take on Czechoslovakian OOB, for sure full of bugs (I am lousy bug-finder), but maybe atleast with some parts you'd like.
It should be comaptible with Camo picklists from 1930 to 03/1939 and then since 11/43, however human purchase is recommended (atleast so that Western units don't mix into Eastern ones).
Details about the units are in accompanying text file, major changes were:
pre-WWII:
-expanding artillery park,
-reorganising infantry units
-adding fortifications

Early WWII:
-adding Legion Czeskoslowenski(sp?) in Poland
-adding Czechoslovakian units in France and French Foreign Legion

Britain:
-adding various forms of 1st Czechoslovakian Brigade (rifle-mixed-armored)
-adding 11th Infantry Battalion (Eastern) fighting in Tobruk and Syria
-adding RAF aircraft

USSR:
-following Czechoslovakians in USSR from creation of Czechoslovakian Independent Rifle Battalion established in 6/42 till the end of the war

Post-war: Adding few goodies, mostly from captured stuff.

To install, I recommend you to create appropriate subdirectory in WinSPWW2/GameData/OOBs/Custom OOBs and then use OOB manager in the game setup screen to install/remove the OOB.
