I talked with Hellboy and as long as people are okay with me being really inexperienced at running complicated magic kingdoms, I'll give this one a shot. I'm just not sure how well I'll do.
If anyone was in an alliance, or had a treaty with the Nieflam's, now is the time to speak up! I didn't really get a handout on what the current political situation was before getting into this.
