I still think you'd be better off with water 9 / fire 9 / death 4 / blood 4. Try an imprisoned smoking mirror with a dominion like the one in that movie.... Apocalypto. Pestilence, things are on fire, etc.
With the defense and speed your jaguar warriors might actually survive  .
