Default BUG: Pretender Cost Mismatch

Found a very annoying bug while doing the Dom3 DB:

Shapechanging pretenders that have different costs for their shapes may cost more or less points than they shuld.

Whether they cost more or less depends on which form is the more expensive. I've found two examples so far: The ***** Queen/Crone (401/402) pair and the Dracolich/Bog Mummy (644/645) pair.

With BQ/Crone, the BQ has a point cost of 60, but when you select her, it displays the crone form that has a cost of 40, so you only pay 40 points for the chassis. Not such a big deal for this pretender, as she is not so very great compared to some other choices.

It's a different story with the Dracloich/BM. Dracolich costs 50 points and you have to pay 100 points because the BM costs that much and gets displayed when you pick Dracolich. Talk about a ripoff.

Given the startdom of just 1 and the extravagant pathcost (80) for new paths, there is no way in hell I can see anybody using the dracolich unless it gets immortality for both of its forms. It just sucks that bad and the lone bog mummy costs only 110, is immortal, has a startdominion of 2 and a pathcost of only 40.

This needs fixing, stat.

Fortunately the other dragon pretenders do not suffer from this cost mismatch, they all have 80 points cost for both forms.
