A quick poke on 'tut interweb and it comes out at 17 blue moons in the next 20 years, mind you there will be some years with two blue moons in apparently.
Unless its the blue moons after Krakatoa or anything else that spits out lots of 1 micron particles. Then you can see a real blue moon
