some one recently told me that gargeling cyane pepper disolved in warm water helps your throat. im not sure i believe them, but hot food definitly clears out your sinuses and always makes /me/ feel better. cant hurt to try.
well, unless you SWALLOW a bunch of cyane and your stomach does not tolerate moderatley spicey things... then it could hurt.
