It's definitely not pathing, because I've moved games across entirely different computers and even operating systems, and they've worked fine. If it doesn't even work when reverted back to 2.11, then it sounds like the files are simply corrupted. Perhaps whatever prompted you to reinstall everything damaged the files, and they're just toast.

Very bizarre, but I have to accept that yours seems to be the only explanation. All three games corrupted when nothing else was? Weird.
