Thanks, I will fix the problem.
Update: Well, I checked the file path, and verified that it can be downloaded from my site. I apologize if indeed it was Anglefire that caused the problem. Man, its so hard to find a good hosting site anymore.

Anywho, I have updated the UCP Romulan and Klingon Race files with God Emperors AI files, and have also up loaded some of Daynarrs mods and data information in addition to other files and races.
